Learn how to create your own music

Music Production101. Learn how to use different musical technologies to make your own music. If you have access to a Mac, PC, iPad, Tablet, or Smartphone, you will learn how to make use of them to create and produce your own music.
Acquire the fundamentals of vocal recording, drum programming, using loops, midi, editing, mixing, and production techniques. Explore different song structures and what makes a great song. Gain the knowledge to export and upload your music to hosting platforms like Soundcloud, Bandcamp, and NoiseTrade.

Course Requirements:

  • Mac or Windows PC, iPad or Android tablet
  • WebCam
  • Stable internet connection with access to Zoom Video Conferencing
  • Free or paid music creation software (DAW)
